Goodbye House

Cloud 9--I love my bed. I love white beds. I think they remind me of the Snuggle soft bear from the toilet paper ads. I was always jealous that he got to bounce around on clouds. This is close as I can get. I look forward to getting in it every night!

Kids froggie bathroom. Thanks Krista for sharing your old curtain with us.

My sweet little kitchen. You I won't miss quite as much. No offense- you are just so small.

Our family room with wedding, family, and baby pictures. The realtor said you had to go. Buyers don't like you. So sorry. I will miss you. See you in Miami.

My piano. We all know how I feel about you. Everyone-the realtor, the decorator, even Boyd who I know likes you, said you had to go, but I just couldn't part with you. Shelly was the only other that was on your side. Until I hear complaints you are here til we move. And lady at the well, I love you.

Ella Joy's super girly room. I love this bright green. I was so happy to find out I was having a girl. As soon as I did I kicked Daddy's office out and started you. When I look at you I smile.

My favorite room in our house. Lindsey and I had a great time painting you. Although we didn't chalk on your walls very often--you were always so homey. Noah loved you. I loved you. And everyone that came to visit, always slept in you. It was painful to paint you neutral. I miss you so!

No one has bought the house but it is for sale starting today. And I have had to clean, organize, declutter, unfamily it so much that I thought it would be nice to have a record of what you looked like while we really lived in you.

So here I go with top 10 highlights from our 10 wonderful years together.
1. Our most recent addition--Julia Grace
2. Our most wild addition--Ella Joy
3. Our handsome, young boy who is not so little anymore--Noah Michael
4. Graduating from BYU 2001
5. Graduating from Med School 2005
6. Fun trips with the Stier family--beach trips, carnival cruises, NH, NYC
7. Fun trips with the Jacobs family--Disney, camping, California

Christmas 2008

Christmas cousins

Crayton Middle School girls--it was so good to see them
Kristin, Julia, me, Baby Julia, Caroline, Carrie, and Fannie

Stier cousins sleepover at my mom's house

Noah and JuJu--Noah loves his new sis, he can't stand to hear her cry, he always gets her out of her crib, and does the Christie baby sway. He is such a good brother.

Christmas morning at our house. Santa brought Noah a Wii and Ella Joy a new kitchen. It was so fun to celebrate with our little family!

Living la vida loca

So we found out today that we will be moving to Miami! What a surprise!!! David has spent the last two months interviewing for a retina fellowship and today was the match. He will start his new job at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in July. We are excited and grateful and completely in shock but looking forward to our adventure in Florida.

Welcome Julia!

Hi everyone. This is David posting. Welcome baby Julia! She was born today December 1st at 1:03pm. She weighs 7 lb 13 oz. We feel very blessed as the labor and delivery went smoothly for Jenny and baby. Big thanks to grandma Christie who is taking care of Noah and Ella Joy for us.
