Running

One of my favorite things about living here is getting up early--before the sun, before the kids and going on my beach run.

It is an absolutely perfect run.

It takes me along the boardwalk of Crandon Beach.

At the end of the boardwalk I stop for a few minutes, stretch, and take in the most amazing view.

This morning was particularly spectacular as my friend Amy and I arrived the sun started to peek up over the horizon just above the ocean. We were in awe. It was a beautiful pinkish orange. As it came up there was a rainbow of color all the way to the sky.

I wish I had my camera so I could have taken a picture to share the beauty.
