On Thursday, Julia was admitted to the hospital because she had a high fever and swelling on the right side of her neck. After antibiotics and a CT scan, the doctors decided she had an abscess that needed to be drained. Saturday she had surgery. Everything went fine. The last 2 days she has been getting better. We will hopefully go home on Tuesday!

oh no! i had a tonsillar abscess that had to be drained so i can definitely feel her pain, but at least i was in my 20's when it happened, not in my ZERO's! that is so sad that she had to go through that and not be able to tell anyone how much pain she was in-- trust me, it's a lot! i'm SO glad she's doing better.
are we gonna get to see you guys before you move?

Happy Birthday! Just wanted you to know you are the coolest most easy going person. I just really look up to you. Hope your birthday is great even if you are somewhat in the hospital. Also you better enjoy Twilight.
I hope Julia is 100% as quick as possible. Such a sweeet little face she has!
