Learning to lose

I am grateful for Noah's coach who understands the importance of losing
with a smile.
The score was 24-6 and there was only 30 seconds left in the game.
They finished the game with 2 fun plays.
They boys were all yelling and having a good time.
Then when the whistle blew for the end of the game and they all cheered and shouted, "We're 2nd place!"
I think it surprised the other team.
If you didn't know you would have thought Noah's team had won.
Then they went through the line and congratulated the other team on their win.
It was a great to finish the flag football season.
And a great lesson on good sportmanship.
